[시사뷰타임즈] 라셔 (러시아) 국방부가 새로운 우주자산을 취득했는데, 이 자산은 라셔의 북극에 있는 플레세츠크 우주선발사기지에서 소유즈-2.1b에 얹혀 발사됐다.

라셔 국방부는 이 우주선의 속성에 대해 특정한 설명을 하지 않았고, 사고없이 궤도에 진입됐으며, 코스모스-2564로 지명됐다고만 했다. 라셔의 모든 군 우주선들은 각 우주선들의 목적과는 상관없이 공적 자료상 “코스코스” 라는 말이 붙어있다.

성명에선 “예정된 시각에, 2단계 고체연료추진체 후레가트 (Fregat) 가 우주선을 의도했던 궤도 속에 진입시켰고, 그후 우주군의 지상 통제 체재가 이 우주선을 맡았다.” 라고 했다.

국방부는 발사 자료 영상 및 사진을 공개했다.

라셔 국방부가 마지막으로 발사한 것은 11월2일에 있었던 것으로 이 역시도 아르한겔스크에 있는 플레세츠크 군사시설에서 발사됐던 것 중의 하나다.

이에 앞서, 10월22일에는 단일 소유즈 라킷 (로켓) 1대가 군사 위성 2대를 궤도 상에 진입시켰다.

Russian military gets new space asset

 

The launch of an orbital spacecraft named Kosmos-2564 was conducted on Monday from the northern Plesetsk cosmodrome

The Russian Defense Ministry has acquired a new space asset, launched on Monday on a Soyuz-2.1b rocket from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in the country’s far north.

 

The Russian military did not specify the nature of the craft, stating only that it was put into orbit without incident, with the designation Kosmos-2564. All Russian military space satellites are labeled “Kosmos” in public databases regardless of their purpose.

 

“At the predetermined time, a Fregat upper stage placed the spacecraft into its intended orbit, after which ground control systems of the Space Forces took charge of it,” the statement said.

 

The ministry released footage and images of the launch.

 

The last Russian Defense Ministry launch was reported on November 2, also from the predominantly military Plesetsk facility in Arkhangelsk Region.

 

Prior to that, two military satellites were placed into orbit by a single Soyuz rocket on October 22.
