계약 당시의 현 시장 가격이 미리 정해 놓은 시점에서 더 이상 유효한지의 여부에 상관없이, 구매자는 하단에 명시한 자산을 정해진 가격에 구입해야만 하고 ,판매자는 그 자산을 그 가격에 매각해야만 한다.
